Kevin Robinson Bio
Kevin Robinson is a highly accomplished Kâ12 educational leader with more than 30 years of experience leading school, district, and international educational systems and driving large-scale organizational transformation. A former teacher, principal, regional director, and district assistant superintendent, he has led strategic initiatives across school operations, safety, facilities, transportation, finance, human resources, student activities, and instructional leadership. Kevin has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic plans, using data and performance analytics to improve outcomes, building high-performing leadership teams, and aligning systems and resources to organizational priorities. His leadership experience includes overseeing operations for 115 Kâ12 public schools in Abu Dhabi, managing a school facilities bond programs, developing school safety improvement initiatives, and advancing data-driven systems designed to create safer, more effective, and student-centered learning environments.
Stephanie Phillips Bio
Stephanie Phillips is a distinguished Vermont educator with over 25 years of multi-level experience, spanning from classroom teaching to central office administration. Throughout her career, she has specialized in systems improvement, curriculum development, and instructional coaching. As a former district administrator, she pioneered student-centered coaching models and led statewide initiatives focused on early literacy, professional learning communities, and state education quality standards.
Currently, Stephanie serves as a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Facilitator at the Education Development Center, where she provides strategic support to school leaders nationwide. She holds an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Saint Michaelâs College and a BEd from Trinity College of Vermont.
